Staying ahead of the curve
The mission of the specialised Citéos teams is to offer high-quality services. Their skills and ongoing training in the lighting and dynamic urban equipment business lines are therefore a major goal, to which Citéos responds by providing ongoing training and maintaining a constant technical and legal watch.
Training and improvement
To enhance the content of the employee training plans and consolidate their expertise, Citéos opened its dedicated training space in 2008.
Two training courses, one in public lighting and the other in heritage enhancement, are taught by in-house and outside experts: Lighting designers (CFEA) and a speaker from an oversight body (APAVE). 240 people are trained each year at the Académie Vinci Energies, an approved training body.
Networking
The nation-wide Citéos organisation, made up of 55 local autonomous business units, enables the brand to bring together the required resources, the additional specialised expertise and genuinely local service.
Because the business units belong to a common brand they are able to exchange information and share expertise in an ongoing endeavour to improve and expand their offering. Many competencies and tools are shared across Citéos as a whole:
