Lighting expertise
Technical and creative expertiseHeritage enhancement is a specialised, public lighting business line in its own right. Listed and classified Historic Monuments call for great care and special expertise. The installations devised by Lighting designers must be very meticulously implemented. Citéos teams maintain ongoing contacts with the Architectes des Bâtiments de France and with Lighting designers to expand their expertise and ensure very high quality service.
The acknowledged expertise of Citéos teams regularly wins prizes in the Lighting Competition organised by the Syndicat des Entreprises de génie Électrique (SERCE) and Philips Éclairage.
In 2008, the Special 20th Anniversary Award went to the illumination of Blast Furnace No. 4 in the eastern French town of Uckange, and in 2007 the illuminations of the suspension bridge over the Loire in Langeais in central France and the Petit Palais in Paris won 1st and 2nd prize, respectively.
