The Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract is a legal and financial solution serving municipalities’ urban projects. It offers a global and innovative response to the issues faced by the city of tomorrow:

Citéos has already become the partner of 5 cities: Thiers (central France), Rouen (northern France), Hérouville-Saint-Clair (northern France), Divonne-les-Bains (eastern France) and Saumur (western France).
For example, in Rouen:
For a period of 20 years starting in March 2007, Citéos is providing global management of Rouen’s traffic management, public lighting, traffic light compliance and traffic CCTV systems, comprising a total of 15,700 light points. To give the city a new face, optimise energy consumption and enhance safety in public spaces, Citéos undertakes, in particular, to rebuild 45% of the lighting assets and 118 intersections in three years and to reduce energy consumption by 27%, maintenance costs by 15%, travel times by 20%, etc., while at the same time bringing the failure rate to below 0.5%.
